Mr Fadhili Ngalawa (Consultant) MSc (Avinashilingam University,India)
Mr Fadhili Ngalawa, has been working with the Institute of Rural Development Planning for more than 14 years. He has more than 14 years’ experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field in training and ICT management. He has been teaching in ICT related studies including the applications of ICT in business, health and learning environments, Enterprise Resource Planning and data security. He also work with Nexus International University formerly known Virtual University of Uganda, and teaching eBusiness Technology Management using eLearning facilities such as Moodle and Zoom. He possess practical knowledge in Linux systems that includes Ubuntu and Centos operating systems, Windows Operating System, Macintosh Operating System, firewall and gateway configuration and management, e-learning, library information systems, digital repositories, virtualization technology, VPN, ethical hacking, network monitoring, R programming, mobile data collection, website designing and development using WordPress and Joomla CMS. He is in the final stages of his PhD, working on Computer and Information Engineering.
