Ms Lee (Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA (UTAR)) is an educational administrator who has worked with local private universities and colleges. She brings to the team her organizational skills and a deep knowledge of the training environment, its trainers and the different programmes that are offered therein. She is one of the Millennials in the Espact group of trainers with vast experience in training young adults and graduates on a range of employment skills, such as employee onboarding, managing workplace anxiety, respect in the workplace and other areas where emotional intelligence, ethics and compliance have relevance.
