Dr. Seloamoney Palanindy (Consultant) B.A (Hons) (University of Malaya); MA, EdD (University of Leicester, UK)
Dr Seloamoney Palaniandy or Dr. Selva as he is best known among friends and colleagues is a highly respected educator from Malaysia and the region. He is currently Professor in the School of Education in University of Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea. He has held senior academic positions in several universities in Malaysia in all areas of Pedagogical and Management Sciences teaching to PhD, Masters and undergraduate students. Dr Selva is a regular visitor to universities in Thailand, Indonesia, China, India, Japan, Hong Kong and the Philippines, Cambodia, South Africa and Mauritius.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teachers, United Kingdom and a veteran of the International Society of Teachers and a member of the International Society for School Improvement.
He has published many research articles, authored books and written chapters in books. He sits on the review committees of several reputable academic journals.
