There are as many classroom management strategies as there are theories on education. Yet, even experienced teachers are sometimes at a loss at to how to regain command of the classroom without losing rapport with the students in the classroom Our two-day programme explores the issues and possible solutions in handling difficult students with teachers who are located within a particular school or a school district. The facilitator through an interrogative process probes the causes of the difficulty and encourages teachers to develop their own strategies relevant to their own schools.
